Chartered surveyor website design and build
Complete website design and build service
Do you need a new website for your chartered surveyor consultancy? Not sure where to begin? Email me to arrange a chat about your requirements. I’ll be happy to give you an approximate estimate – if this meets your budget, we can arrange to discuss the work in more detail.
I’ve produced websites for several chartered surveyors over the last few years, and each one has been a pleasure. Chartered surveyor clients include:
- Chappell (logo, business stationery and website)
- North & Co (logo, business stationery and website)
- Bowler Oakfield (logo, business stationery and website)
- Court Consulting (logo, business stationery and website)
- Cadence Planning (website)
Contact me, or complete my online enquiry form, to discuss your requirements. After an initial chat, I can give you an estimate. From here, I typically recommend a face-to-face meeting to discuss the work in more detail (or we can use email or phone if you prefer). At this point, I’ll provide an accurate price with a detailed proposal for the work involved.
Designing the website
Once you’ve agreed the proposal and we’ve discussed timescales, I’ll produce an initial visual for the website homepage design. Following your feedback, I produce revisions until you approve the website design. From here, I’ll produce designs for a couple of the other key web pages. Once you’re happy with all the visuals, I’ll proceed to the next stage.
Building the website
This involves me coding the website with HTML / CSS and WordPress. It’s the most time-consuming part of the website design process. I’ll build a complete version of the website on a private test server. This will allow you to see the website before it goes public. You can click through and check you’re happy with everything. Once approved, it’s time for launch.
Launching the website
I’ll migrate the website over to your web-hosting package. If you don’t have a web-hosting package, don’t worry – I can help you set this up. Once the website is live, I’ll submit a sitemap to Google. This lets Google know your website is live and it will index your pages.
After launch, I provide a brief video tutorial and login details to your website. Depending on your initial requirements, you’ll be able to access your website and add/edit content. If you prefer me to make ongoing changes or add content, I can provide a flexible service with an agreed hourly rate.
How long does the website design and build process take?
The timescale for your website depends on your requirements. A simple website can be designed, built and launched within a couple of weeks. A more complicated website may take a month or longer. Timescales will be discussed at our initial meeting – I’ll only take on the work if I can meet your required deadline.
